- The Diocese of St. Petersburg and St. Stephen Parish work to make Catholic education affordable for all families. To that end, St. Stephen Catholic School accepts a variety of financial aid and scholarships.   Families must be registered in a Catholic parish and be active participants to receive the Catholic parish subsidized tuition rate. Please complete and sign the form with your family information and name of your church. Give the form to the parish office where you are seeking verification. Ask them to complete and mail or fax it back to us. Once we receive this form and Mass attendance is verified, your tuition rate will be adjusted to the Catholic parish rate.
